Is there a free trial?
Yes! If you want to try out Ottomatic, we offer a 7-day free trial for first-time hosting customers.
What are the billing terms?
Billing is done automatically on the anniversary date of signup. If you qualify for the 7-day free trial, you will be billed automatically for the upcoming month of service after the trial concludes.
Annual terms as well as multi-year terms are available via support ticket, just ask.
Our preferred method of payment is credit card or via bank wire transfer (additional fees may apply). If you are requesting to pay by check, annual terms will be required.
What if I want to cancel Ottomatic?
We make it easy to cancel a service with Ottomatic! If you are cancelling resources available through our Cloud Console, simply click the triple dots next to the resource and click cancel.
For any other service, please submit a ticket letting us know you need to cancel a resource.
If you have a certain date you'd like us to end the instance, please include that information in the ticket. Once the resource is terminated, we can provide a link with access to any data if required.
