Support is provided to Ottomatic customers via email/ticketing system. Support contracts are available for priority and guaranteed support times which includes phone and Slack support options.

If you have a bug report or question on the Ottomatic Cloud Console, you can send us a ticket or post about it in the Proof+Geist community.
